Project Overview: When this law firm decided to leave the offices we built for them fifteen years earlier they asked us to manage the new construction as well. Located on three contiguous floors the space includes a conference center, connecting stairs, custom lighting for their extensive are collection.

Project Overview: Relocating and expanding, BRE Properties retained The Albert Group to oversee the design and construction of their new head quarters. The Albert Group developed budgets, directed bidding and contract negotiations and managed cost and quality control.
Swiss Re

Project Overview: With the shell of this downtown high-rise
still under construction, The Albert Group worked closely with the
property owner and building constructor to create a unique, "build-to-suit" office
space for Swiss Re, the building's initial tenant. Spanning four floors,
the crisp, sophisticated décor was designed to complement the
company's sleek European furniture. Unique design features included
bamboo floors and ceilings, art glass walls, limestone floors and a
video conferencing center/boardroom.
Citibank West

Project Overview: Upon acquiring another bank, Citigroup sought to consolidate
all of its employees in a single location. The Albert Group was responsible
for full project management, including selection of consultants, drawing review,
permitting, bidding and construction management. In eight weeks, new offices
and support facilities were constructed on three floors while remodeling portions
of two additional floors.

Project Overview: Originally retained to oversee the construction
of interiors for this high-tech investment bank, the role of The Albert
Group was expanded to represent the bank during construction of the
building shell. The Albert Group worked with the property developer
to ensure the specific building needs of the bank were met and to coordinate
the simultaneous construction of the building and the client's interior
improvements. The design included richly appointed private offices
featuring custom light fixtures and furniture and a multi-room meeting
and conference center.
Citicorp

Project Size: 60,000 sq. ft.
Cost: $6.1 million
Project Overview: Seeking to consolidate various locations,
Citicorp made a strategic decision to move this West Coast hub into
a new, custom-designed office that made better use of space. In addition
to construction of private offices and conference rooms, the work included
climate-controlled tech centers with dual air conditioning, raised
flooring and UPS systems. The Albert Group closely managed the build-out
from contract negotiations and drawing approval through construction.
